Our Story

Five generations of one grove.

Long before olive oil became a label on a shelf, it was something our family made by hand — from trees our great-grandparents planted.

The grove at Sahl Rameen

In the hills of Tulkarem, Palestine, sits Sahl Rameen — a single grove our family has farmed for more than five generations. The same terraces, the same Nabali olive trees, tended by hands that learned from the hands before them.

Pressed the season it's picked

Every autumn the family harvests by hand and presses the olives fresh — never blended, never cut, nothing added. What goes into the tin is exactly what came off the tree that season. We don't sell from a cart because we can't: the supply is only ever as large as one family's harvest.

Carried across the sea

When the tins are sealed, they travel by boat to reach families here — arriving each year around December and January. Every tin you pour keeps that grove alive, and keeps five generations of work going one more season.
