زيت الأصالة Single-Origin Palestinian Olive Oil
Olive oil you can trace to the tree.
Nothing blended. Nothing hidden.
Limited, seasonal supply — this year's harvest arrives Dec–Jan.
Most “extra virgin” is a blend you can't trust.
Zayt Al-Asala is pure, single-origin oil from one family's grove in Palestine — so you know exactly what you're pouring, and every tin keeps that grove alive.

Like single-origin coffee — you know the grove, the grower, the tree.
Our Story
One grove. One family. Five generations.
Our oil comes from Sahl Rameen, a single grove in Tulkarem, Palestine, farmed by one family for more than five generations. They grow the Nabali olives, press them fresh, and tin the oil themselves — then ship it to people who'll treasure it. No blending. No middlemen. No mystery.
